It was my pleasure to support Olimpia in translating her deep know-how and competence into a competitive service offering. Together with Olimpia, we chose to focus on Business Mentorship, framing a roadmap to transition from freelancing to launching a startup.

FlowLoop Circular Showers

With very limited resources, we managed to develop the first prototype and Series A product. This, coupled with a business plan and a supply and sourcing plan, attracted partners and investors such as Fibo, Roskilde Festival, DTU, Tandrup, among others. During this period, we supported the process of building the first team and coaching through what needed to be done to reach the first stream of liquidity.

To bring employees back to the office after the pandemic and expand in southern Sweden, we launched the Post-Pandemic Office Project — concept development, design, and implementation of new facilities based on the zero-waste concept. Over 50 suppliers were involved. The office now sits in the iconic Elite Ideon Hotel at Medicon Village, Lund.

Over the year I have made a measurable impact on KPIs by framing, leading, and delivering:

  • A comprehensive analysis of routines and processes for the headquarters of the four Nordic countries
  • The overhaul of the premises to improve the company’s workflows, meet its needs, and accommodate its explosive growth
  • A project to transform after-sales service into Customer Success Management

During the pandemic, when everyone was focused solely on killing viruses, the owner and product developer was busy working on an ozone generator. We designed the interface of this OEM, prioritizing user-friendliness throughout the entire product lifecycle. We also refreshed and redesigned the company’s logotype so it could be screen-printed on the OEM itself, enhancing brand recognition.

I supported the agency during a period of change.

Chalmers University of Technology and partners paper mills

Bridging between Academia and Industry and Strategy with Operations. Low Energy Strategic Systems (LESS) is a partly public funded research and innovation project aiming to dramatically decrease the electrical energy usage in the pulp and paper industry.

Main contributions:

  • Planning installation and commissioning at the participating end-users of the project
